Now, you only need one login for instant access to training, apps, resources, and support. Seamless single sign-on integration with One.PrometheanWorld.com gives a wealth of knowledge at your fingertips. Get your favorite Promethean content on the go and take advantage of microlearning, a new resource hub and video library for easy content searching and sharing, and learning packs to help you get going.
What can I expect?
1. On Tuesday, May 21, 2024, we’re launching our new Learn Promethean website with one convenient login and a refreshed interface. You will receive an email from Learn Promethean with a link and steps to register for a Promethean account (includes sign-in with Microsoft and Google). You may also visit Learn Promethean and click “Register.” If you already have a Promethean account, you can sign in with those credentials.
2. Your current course progress and profile settings will be permanently deleted for security purposes on Tuesday, May 21, 2024, but you can save your certificates and badges easily.
Please note: If you completed a course prior to Tuesday, May 21, your course certificate(s) will be available to download within your new profile until Monday, December 2, 2024. If you would like your personal information and your certificate data permanently deleted prior to the automatic deletion, please contact us at learn@prometheanworld.com for further assistance.
To save your progress, complete any unfinished courses by May 20 and download your certificates and badges in five quick steps:
- Log into your account.
- Go to your avatar in the top right corner and select “Profile.”
- Under “Your Courses,” click on the certificate icon to open select course certificates.
- Select the down arrow, choose a location on your computer, and name and save your certificate to your preferred destination.
- Scroll down to “My Achievements” and select “Download Badge.”
Note: Not all courses contain badges.
