The ActivPanel Elements Series 5.5.0 release introduces several new features and enhancements that can help make your teaching experience even better. In this blog post, we’ll explore some of the latest updates and how they can benefit you.
New Help app experience
The new Help app experience for ActivPanel Elements series offers a quick and easy way to access the support and resources you need. You can quickly access content on Learn Promethean and Promethean Support directly from the panel, or use a QR code to scan and access it from a tablet or smartphone. This app is accessible from the Unified Menu and the Locker.
Spinner and Timer enhancements
The Spinner and Timer applications have also received some great enhancements. The Spinner now has a new circular design. You can also use the Spinner in full-screen mode with up to four Spinners used concurrently. The Timer app can be used in full-screen mode with up to eight Timers running concurrently. We have added seconds to the digital clock, making it easier to keep track of time.
Annotate enhancements
The ability to flip the menu from the default horizontal position to a vertical position is a great addition to the Annotate app. This makes it easier to use and gives you more flexibility when annotating on your classroom lessons.
